Before new concepts and ideas become mass-produced components and products, a robust design process is always needed. We offer 3D plastic prototyping to accelerate and support the design process for our customers across several industries. We work within your specifications to move along your design process and unlock new capabilities for your operation.
The prototype parts that we provide can be up to 8.5” x 7.5” x 5” in size and are made of ABS or PLA extruded plastic (in various colors) depending on the application. In addition, our prototypes can achieve an extrusion resolution of 0.2 mm (layer thickness). Within these capabilities, we are able to help companies across various industries produce, analyze, and test designs that may become future components or products.
